In order to perform at our best, we need the proper dosages of macro and micronutrients. We've always been told that prioritizing a whole food diet is the goal, so we created a whole food based nutrition system to boost performance -- something for before, during, and after activity.
We use predominantly whole food ingredients that could be found in a pantry. Medjool dates (rich in potassium), molasses (rich in iron), and cricket protein (rich in B12) are only a few of the nutrient dense goodies we work into our products.

Brace is a crunchy rice crisp ball bound together with molasses, cacao fruit syrup, ginger, chia, almond butter, and sea salt. Eat 2-3 about 20-30 minutes before heading out the door for a boost of nutrient dense, fast-acting carbs and a smidge of caffeine.
Pace is a mid-workout energy gel for longer training sessions. Each gel has a 2:1 ratio of glucose:fructose to metabolize faster.
Ace is a post-training recovery bar to optimize recovery, specifically for endurance athletes. With a 2:1 ratio of carbs:protein and nutrient dense cricket protein, you can kickstart your recovery and get back to training faster.
